Mobile project and site coordination
SiteTrack is a mobile app for property projects, renovation work, construction coordination, contractors, project managers, owners, and small teams.
It helps users organise project information, site records, rooms, tasks, reminders, contacts, documents, photos, milestones, budget context, weather context, local alerts, Site Access QR details, and project progress in one place.
SiteTrack is operated by SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/361971/07.
The app is built around practical site coordination and record keeping, not promises about project outcomes.
Capture project setup, addresses, site notes, scope, rooms, milestones, contacts, photos, documents, and activity history.
Track due dates, priorities, room-linked work, reminders, local task alerts, milestones, and project follow-up across the workspace.
Record expenses, funds, transactions, estimates, budget categories, room costs, and progress indicators for coordination and review. SiteTrack is not accounting, tax, procurement, valuation, or financial advice.
Use Open-Meteo weather and geocoding context to help plan work, while confirming important site conditions through official forecasts, local checks, and appropriate safety procedures.
Ask Scout AI for app and project assistance where enabled. Scout can use local app context for loaded SiteTrack information, and full cloud AI uses a server-side Supabase Edge Function with OpenAI where plan access and settings allow it.
Scout may prepare daily local app checks, including weather and high-importance project signals, without automatically sending that daily check to OpenAI. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs.
Use QR-based Site Access features, profile details, permissions, help content, product/resource references, and support channels where available.
SiteTrack offers Essential, Standard, and Pro paid plans. Standard is the recommended paid plan. Monthly and annual subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store billing via RevenueCat.
Core access for organising project and site information, rooms, tasks, reminders, contacts, documents, calendar basics, expenses, and local Scout help for loaded app information.
Recommended paid plan for broader project limits, stronger project health context, weather intelligence, reports, and full Scout AI integration, including server-side cloud AI where available.
Expanded access for heavier workloads, more collaborators, advanced controls, higher launch limits, broader coordination needs, and full Scout AI access where available.
SiteTrack helps organise project information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, construction, safety, compliance, financial, insurance, or professional advice.
Users remain responsible for project decisions, site checks, safety practices, budgets, contractor choices, statutory duties, professional review, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
SiteTrack is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not inspect sites, certify work, verify contractors, confirm weather safety, approve budgets, provide legal opinions, provide engineering review, or replace professional judgment.
SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd publishes public pages for privacy, terms, refunds, subscriptions, data processing, and support so users can understand the app before and after launch.
The Privacy Policy and Data Processing page explain account data, project data, uploaded files, Scout AI prompts, weather/address services, subscriptions, support messages, deletion, access, export, and service providers.
The Refund Policy, Subscription Terms, and Support page explain Apple App Store billing, RevenueCat entitlement checks, Restore Purchases, cancellation guidance, privacy requests, bug reports, and support limits.
